Since toki pona has so few words it takes a bit of creativity to express ideas.
- o pilin e uta mi kepeken uta sina!
- kiss (touch my mouth with your mouth)
- selo mi li pana e telo.
- I am sweating (my skin emits water)
- o pana ala e telo oko.
- Don’t cry (don’t emit eye water)
- toki awen
- Literature (speech that remains)
- toki musi
- sing (talk enertainingly)
- sina pali e kepeken nasin seme?
- How did you do that? (you did that using what method?)
